Dr. Kryzanowski is Professor and the Ned Goodman Chair in Investment Finance, Department of Finance. He has published, consulted or appeared as an expert witness in management of investments for institutions and individuals, capital markets, financial services, rate of return and capital structure of regulated utilities, mergers/acquisitions/reorganizations, new corporate and governmental financings, and risk management. He is an area editor of the Multinational Finance Journal, advisory editor of the European Journal of Finance, associate editor of the International Review of Financial Analysis, and on the editorial boards of the Canadian Investment Review and Finance India. He is the (co-) author of eight texts, and over 90 articles in numerous refereed journals, including the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial & Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Money, Credit & Banking and Journal of Banking & Finance.
